An established provider of email marketing services is seeking a Senior Director of Client Services to lead its rapidly growing client-services organization. The Senior Director will be responsible for managing, developing, retaining and expanding the companyıs client base and team members. Other responsibilities include staff development and supervision as well as market program development and project management.

The successful candidate excels in leadership; organization; team-building; trouble-shooting; problem-solving and managing projects; and has excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a solid understanding of email marketing and the online and e-commerce space.

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and growing successful long-term client relationships with a specific focus on developing and implementing business processes and strategies that complement the company's and the clientıs strategic plans
• Supporting the line managers to resolve client issues and identifying solutions
• Reviewing roles, responsibilities and expertise of the company and client project teams to ensure appropriate representation and project success
• Building the client relationship beyond the daily contact of account development managers
• Leading the team to attain corporate and client objectives
• Working with the team continually to identify strengths and opportunities and identifying the tools to address individual and team growth
• Creating, implementing and measuring career path and goal-setting strategies for the team
• Managing and providing annual reviews of full-time professional staff members
• Assisting in providing overall leadership for the entire organization
• Aggressively developing, presenting and managing the implementation of online marketing proposals in line with the clientıs strategy and the companyıs objectives
• Participating in creating and reviewing work requests, functional specifications and coordinating of departments, as needed

Requirements:
• More than 10 years of experience in a leadership role in one or more of these areas: account management, marketing, project management or direct marketing
• Experience leading and teaching teams in the email marketing space and a strong passion for technology
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage clientıs expectations with the highest level of professionalism
• Bachelor's degree (or applicable experience)
• Topnotch skills in leading, organizing, team-building, trouble-shooting, problem-solving and managing projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective mentoring skills, with a passion for teaching
• A flexible, can-do attitude plus the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, self-motivated and success-driven approach
• A solid understanding of email marketing and the online and e-commerce space
